Our Services

At Full of Life Counseling and Addiction Services PLLC, we understand the importance of financial support in seeking treatment so we offer a host of options for treatment. We accept all major Connecticut-based insurances, such as BC/BS, Aetna, United Health, Optum and Medicare plus more. We have a flexible fee for service options and treatment packages for individuals with no insurance. There is an additional option for virtual or in-person workshops, conferences and motivational presentations.

DWI/Court Mandated Care
for Addiction

Expert treatment for alcohol addiction and substance abuse including comprehensive clinical assessment that meet industry standards for drug court. We offer an all inclusive brief treatment model with referral to Christian or non faith based NA and AA meetings. , substance abuse education groups, and specialized services for Native American and Indigenous Peoples.

Individual & Group Therapy

Our approach to individual and group therapy integrates several unique approaches such as trauma-informed care, Indigenous theory, school based interventions addressing bullying, EAP and intense brief therapy using person centered and solution focused interventions. We also incorporate art therapy, echo mapping and community mapping. All therapy components are offered via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

Marriage and Family Therapy

Specialized marriage and premarital therapy sessions which address conflict and relationship issues, infidelity and emotional abuse, and underlying mental health concerns. We offer Christian counseling options for individuals, couples and families and faith based services for individuals who have loved ones incarcerated and are experiencing detachment and loss.

Speaking Engagements, Training, and Consultation

The professional services offered are cutting edge and include keynote speeches on Native American history and generational trauma, servant leadership in church ministry and universal design for learning. We also provide leadership training for corporate executives, nonprofits and for profit boards along , as well as educational webinars for educators and professors at the master’s level and clinical social work practicums at the doctoral level.
